12-Week Health Optimization Program Outline
1st Appointment (60 minutes): Health Intake, Lab Recommendations, and Initial Protocol

Based on this information, we will recommend appropriate add on lab tests to gain deeper insights into your biomarkers and overall health.
Following the intake and lab recommendations, you will receive your initial health protocol. This personalized plan will include dietary guidelines, lifestyle adjustments, and any recommended supplements to begin your health optimization journey.
2nd Appointment (60 minutes): Lab Results Review & Personalized Health Plan
During the second session, we will carefully review your lab results together, explaining what they mean for your unique health profile. Using these insights, we will develop a detailed, personalized health optimization plan tailored specifically to your needs, targeting areas for improvement and enhancing your wellness.
3rd Appointment (30 minutes): Health Protocol Review and Revamp
During the 3rd appointment, we will evaluate the effectiveness of your current health protocol. This 30-minute meeting will focus on progress assessment, addressing any challenges, and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. Your feedback is crucial to fine-tune the plan.
4th Appointment (30 minutes): Supplement Weaning and Final Plan Adjustments
In the final appointment, we will guide you through safely weaning off supplements while maintaining health benefits gained during the program
All appointments will be held virtually
All labs will be sent to your house (samples may include: hair, blood drop, urine, or feces)
